Hi, I’m Colin, and if there’s one thing I want you to know before we even meet, it’s this: healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I came to counselling through people; naturally drawn to conversation, connection, and sitting alongside someone in whatever they may be carrying. Community, creativity, and joy are at the heart of who I am, and those values shape the way I show up both in life and in the counselling room. I’m an optimist at my core. A glass-half-full, sunshine-on-my-face kind of person who believes that lightness and laughter can exist alongside the hard and meaningful work of healing, without ever minimizing what’s real. The hard things deserve to be honoured, and I’ll be right here for that. But I also believe that even in our hardest climbs, there are moments of hope, growth, and light waiting for us along the trail to the summit.
